Here are some quick and easy ways to work with essential oils for spring that can support in moving through allergy season with even more comfort and grace.
One aromatherapy recipe that works quite well for allergies is equal amounts of Peppermint, Lavender, and Lemon essential oils (~3-4 drops of each) added to your essential oil diffuser.
German Chamomile & Helichrysum in a 1:1 ratio also works great in your diffuser, or you can simply put a few drops into your hands and breathe in several times to get the therapeutic constituents that support the relief from allergy symptoms deeper into your body.

Spring Cleaning Tips & Tricks
Springtime is always a great opportunity to open up the windows and clean out the cobwebs. When spring cleaning comes to mind, adding the right essential oils into your typical cleaning protocol can bring an uplifting feeling throughout the whole house!
Add several drops of Tea Tree to your DIY spray cleaning solution of diluted vinegar in water. Fill a spray bottle mostly full with water, add a cap full of vinegar, and your Tea Tree essential oil, cap it, and shake well before spraying on counter tops, mirrors, and bathrooms.
Add just a few drops of your favorite citrus oil (we love Citrus Blast!) to your hand and/or dish soap to bring a bright, sunny disposition to your washing rituals. Some of our favorite pure citrus essential oils are Red Mandarin, Bergamot, Tangerine, Lemon, Grapefruit, Blood Orange, and Lime.
Using a diffuser in the environment is a very simple and effective way to spread spring cheer throughout the house. The essential oils for spring that we love most in our diffuser during this season are Eucalyptus, Lavender, Ravintsara, Rosemary, and Spearmint.
